Delmarva Power Energy Savings for Business Program:
Operations and Maintenance Training

The Delmarva Power Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Training Program offers incentives for building operation personnel to receive nationally recognized training, providing them the education to transform their workplaces into more comfortable and energy-efficient environments. O&M Training is available to contractors and building operation personnel who are employed at commercial and/or industrial facilities within the Delmarva Power Maryland service territory.

The applicant must be employed in a position of responsibility for the energy management of the facility or have the potential to influence the building’s energy performance. The applicant must also have a physical presence at the facility at least 50% of his or her working hours.

Delmarva Power will provide incentives for training courses which have a focus on reducing and conserving electrical energy within buildings. A list of pre-qualified courses is available on the program website. In addition, the applicant has the option of submitting non-listed courses for pre-approval by the program office.
